ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- “Recruiting doctors and nurses is a real challenge because there is a global shortage and it is very hard to compete on salaries with other countries such as the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Canada, UK, United States. They are making working in those countries very attractive for nurses and doctors. So recruitment and retention remains a challenge for us.”
