UPDATE: Capoon's Bay man gets 18mths for drugs & firearm offences

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Capoon’s Bay resident Merande Potter, 34, was sentenced today, September 20, 2013 to a total of eighteen (18) months in prison after previously pleading guilty to weapons and drug offences.
