Please do for excellent customer service is severely lacking in both the public and private sector. Many act as though your time is “theirs”.. Highly annoying and frustrating.. please bring me on board as part of your team to help you to teach them what exemplary Customer Service entails.

After visiting both Tortola and the USVI, I find that the Customer Service is lacking. The people are not as friendly nor nice, as advertise. They act like they rather not be bothered; "just spend/give us your money and leave us alone!" They are the same with their residents as with visitors, so we should not take it personal, I guess
