Fahie to be sentenced to about 20 years in relation to his conviction on cocaine smuggling and money laundering charges; however, United States District Judge Kathleen M. Williams settled on 11 years in prison today, August 5, 2024.

Attorney Smith confirmed that the sentence was handed down by Judge Wilma A. Lewis following Jameson's guilty plea for possession of a machine gun.
