Landlord breaks silence on 5th District Resource Centre controversy!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The landlord for the building that houses the Resource Centre in the 5th District, Mr. Carl Todman, has broken his silence on the matter which has been at the centre of controversy since 2007 when the then 5th District Representative Delores Christopher allegedly removed items from the centre after losing the elections to the incumbent Elvis Harrigan.
