Skelton-Cline predicts winners for D1-D8 in VI’s 2023 elections
BAUGHERS BAY, Tortola, VI– Controversial pastor and radio show host Claude O. Skelton-Cline on April 4, 2023, shared his predictions for the winners of the 2023 elections, which is considered one of the most important elections in the Virgin Islands, being on the heels of the Commission of Inquiry (CoI), the implementation of CoI reforms and the threat of suspension of the constitution by the United Kingdom (UK).
