Every Policing is and will fall victim to the bureaucracy that they have to deal with in the System .People they can't control, people who don't follow instructions, people ignoring politicians and making their own decisions..No politician as good as their intentions are will survive or succeed under this system.. In 5 yrs he will be gone out also the bureaucracy will fail him..He may survive if he got the guts and fortitude to shake the system up..
