Well balanced line-up of artistes for 65th Emancipation Festival

Frett aka ‘Ritical’ are just a few of the local acts expected to blaze the stage, along with a well thought out list of international artistes, for the 65th Virgin Islands Emancipation Festival this year.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Virgin Islands News Online had reported on July 23, 2015 that eight-time VI Road March champions Showtime Band was uncertain for this year’s Road March and can now confirm that the popular band will not feature in this year’s competition.

Showtime band manager resigns
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Manager of the Showtime band, Roger Frank has resigned from the band. This comes just on the heels of Showtime having been awarded the Best Soca Band of the Year prize at the recently held International Soca Awards Show held on August 31, 2012 in New York.
