Dr Melvin A. Turnbull steps down after 27 years @ helm of VI Heritage Month Cmte
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Reverend Dr Melvin A. Turnbull officially handed over leadership of the Virgin Islands Heritage Month Committee to his son, Pastor Dr Michael A. Turnbull, and Pastor Jovan E. L. Cline, after serving as chairman for twenty-seven years.

DUFF’S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- Former Senior Pastor of New Life Baptist Church (NLBC) Mr John I. Cline is alleging his son Jovan E.L. Cline, who is the new Senior Pastor of NLBC, was among a group of persons held at gunpoint outside of UP’s Cineplex recently.

Archer Jr, Jovan E.L. Cline was installed as the Senior Pastor of the New Life Baptist Church (NLBC) in Duff’s Bottom, Tortola on Sunday, January 29, 2023.
