USVI appoints 1st female Chief of Police; Will the VI do the same?
CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI- In a historic move that coincides with the conclusion of both US Virgin Islands History Month and Women’s History Month, Governor Albert A. Bryan Jr has appointed Lieutenant Deborah Hodge as Chief of Police for the [US] Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) in the St Thomas-St John District.
