EAST END, Tortola, VI- With police already under fire from the public for their recent tasing of a young man who went to get drinking water during curfew hours in East End and also a homeless man in Road Town, Tortola in April, another video has surfaced showing a young man being tased while in the vicinity of the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge today, May 17, 2020.

Skelton-Cline, that the reports on the police tasing of two unarmed civilians and an incident in front of a local grocery store where two police officers were engaged in a verbal altercation, will be made public.
