DPP says judge wrongfully dismissed case against trio accused of murder
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has launched an appeal against what it terms “the erroneous decisions” of the Learned Trial Judge Richard G. Floyd that led to murder accused Vernon Bernard, Rafael Harrigan and Maybelline Rodriquez being freed in the High Court today, April 4, 2022.
Rafael Harrigan now charged with Trumayne J. Daway’s murder
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A third person has been charged for the murder of Virgin Islander Trumayne J. Daway, who was riddled with bullets at Brandywine Bay on February 28, 2018.
Alleged murder trio Bernard, Harrigan & Rodriquez remanded
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Vernon Bernard, 26, a Dominica national, local resident Rafael Harrigan, 27, and Maybelline Rodriquez, 21, made their first appearances today, Tuesday, March 6, 2018 before Senior Magistrate Tamia N. Richards after being charged in relation to the murder of Trumayne J. Daway.
