ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The search mission being led by the US Coast Guards has taken on new dimensions as they are currently working with data from the GPS instrument found on the boat missing fisherman Carlos Titley went out to sea with.
UPDATE: Boat found off St Croix; Fisherman still missing
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The boat that Virgin Islands fisherman Carlos Titley went fishing on has been recovered, however, Titley was still not found up to late evening, November 12, 2016.
