UPDATE: Boat found off St Croix; Fisherman still missing

According to information reaching this news site, the boat, which belonged to a relative of Titley, was found north east of St Croix, US Virgin Islands with the engine still running and the vessel spinning in the water.
The discovery was made by the Dutch Coast Guard shortly after 4:00 P.M. on November 12, 2016.
Mr Titley went out to sea to fish yesterday, November 11, 2016 and has not been heard from since.
According to Coordinator of Virgin Islands Search and Rescue (VISAR) J. Phil Aspinall, the mission for Person in Water (POW) has been handed over to the US Coast Guard who were late this evening continuing the search via air and water.
VISAR will re-join the search efforts tomorrow if necessary, according to MR Aspinall.

Massive search on for missing fisherman Carlos Titley
A massive search party is on the sea hoping to locate fisherman Carlos Titley, who reportedly did not return from a fishing trip yesterday, November 11, 2016.
According to reports, Titley was not heard from since yesterday and family members are fearing something may be wrong.
Our information was confirmed by Coordinator of the Virgin Islands Search and Rescue (VISAR) J. Phil Aspinall who likened the search to looking for a “needle in a haystack.”
He also said the search party includes the US Coast Guards, the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) Marine Police, Her Majesty’s Customs and VISAR.
According to Mr Aspinall, the fisherman had reportedly not told anyone which area he was going fishing, "but we have some suspicions where he might have gone but we are not sure."
Mr Aspinall further said all search parties have been out since the break of dawn but they have not made any “in-roads just yet.”

you must be @£$&* dreaming
For the record Carlos told "his team' where he was goin fishing. Barracuda bank aka sea mount. they gave all authorities including US coast guard the coordinates for the fishing spot. he always let them know when he was heading in and when he docked up, hence the concern when he did not check in for quite some time.
I know you are okay and safe just waiting to be rescued please just hold o !! Please just be okay and come hime in one piece please xxx
