Butler’s case adjourned, VC unable to attend court
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Michael Butler, who appeared before the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, September 19, 2012, charged by the Crown for wounding, had his matter adjourned to a later date, due to the absence of the Virtual Complainant.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Twenty year-old Michael Butler, who punched, choked and notified the mother of his three year-old child that three gun men were at her home to kill her, was granted $35,000 bail with one signed surety when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, April 23, 2012.
