HLSCC & University of Malta sign MoU to tackle small island challenges

Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC) and the University of Malta (UM) have signed a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishing a framework for collaboration in research, academic exchange, and institutional development, with a special focus on issues affecting Small Island Developing States (SIDS).
