ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Inmate of Her Majesty’s Prison (HMP) at Balsum Ghut Allister Brown is to return to the Magistrate’s Court for the commencement of his trial after he was charged for possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply, and cultivation of cannabis.
East End man tells court he plants ganja for hernia
