Court dismisses charge of wounding against Parsons

Report: staff motivation killed - Environmental Health Division
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- In a comparative analysis done between the 2010 and 2011 reports submitted by the Environmental Health Division, both stated that the percentage of work output of the said division is negatively affected by the supply of staff and funding.
