Hon. Fahie filed lawsuit against NBVI to strengthen case- Sources
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- First District Representative Hon. Andrew A. Fahie, who was shot during a robbery at the National Bank of the Virgin Islands (NBVI) then known as Development Bank in August, 2007, was reportedly included in the civil case against the bank to add strength to the case of Ms. Petra Benjamin, who was also shot during the ordeal five years ago.
