ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- On the heels of Virgin Islands News Online’s first and accurate report earlier today, October 13, 2020, that three persons were taken into custody in relation to the murder of Matthew D. Daly aka ‘Shorty’, the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has since indicated that one person has also been arrested in connection with the killing of George Burrows.

132 curfew breaches recorded by RVIPF- CoP Matthews

Matthews has reported that as of April 18, 2020, the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) had recorded a total of 132 curfew breaches since the restriction order was put in place, noting that just a handful of those cases led to arrests.
