Leroy easily wins Tour of Tortola
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Eighteen intrepid riders set out on the 37-mile JEEP Tour de Tortola on Sunday May 18, 2014 with sixteen successfully completing the arduous race which saw them circumnavigate Tortola anti-clockwise starting and finishing at Beef Island.
