New RVIPF policy - Officers to be promoted on aptitude, not years in service
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – There is a new promotion policy instituted in the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) - gone are those days when officers would have been promoted based on the number of years they served in the Force.
