CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI— A wave of shootings in St Thomas, US Virgin Islands (USVI) that started on Saturday, December 21, 2019, continued into Christmas Day and left a total of five men dead, the [US] Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) has confirmed.
