Two disturbances pop up in the Atlantic after 12 days of quiet
MIAMI, Florida, USA – The US National Hurricane Center (NOC) on Monday, August 14, 2023, noticed two different disturbances off the West Coast of Africa that have a low chance of becoming tropical cyclones over the next seven days.
