Motorists complain of traffic buildups at raised crosswalk in RT

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Motorists are complaining that there is now a regular occurrence of traffic buildup at the traffic lights on Water Front Drive especially during peak hours and it is not the heavy concentration of vehicles that is the main cause of the problem.
