ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Ministry of Communications and Works is informing residents in the Upper Lower Estate area in the vicinity of Farara Road that there will be traffic interruptions on Thursday, August 23, 2012. from 9:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to facilitate the mobilisation of a concrete and pump truck.
As a result, motorists are asked to avoid parking their vehicles along the roadside and to proceed with caution while in the area.
The Ministry of Communications and Works regrets any inconvenience caused.
