UPDATE: One dead, one critical in two separate accidents
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – New information reaching Virgin Islands News Online (VINO) is that one of the males involved in one of the two late-night accidents on Tortola, is now in critical condition at the Dr D. Orlando Smith Hospital. The other person has succumbed to his injuries.
