ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Raynard Matthew of Gun Creek, Virgin Gorda, who is reportedly suffering from Schizophrenia, was remanded into custody at Her Majesty’s Prison in Balsam Ghut, Tortola, after he allegedly wounded his uncle and later escaped lawful custody while at the Virgin Gorda Police Station.
