BVI Tourist Board to manage VI Festival & Fairs Committee
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Cabinet of the Virgin Islands has approved the transfer of the functions of the VI Festival and Fairs Committee (VIF&FC) to the BVI Tourist Board (BVITB).
