VI resident Carlos Sutherland gunned down in T&T
ARIMA, Trinidad & Tobago - A man who has lived and worked in the Virgin Islands doing construction, and is alleged to have a sibling and daughter in the territory, has been gunned down in his home country of Trinidad & Tobago.
