CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI — St Thomas-St John District Police Chief, Jason Marsh, said during a press briefing on Monday, March 27, 2017 that the suspect that was shot by police during the McDonald’s robbery and hostage incident on St Thomas, US Virgin Islands (UVI) Saturday night, March 25, 2017 was a minor, as well as one of the two surviving suspects.
