UPDATE: 22 vendors support 1st night of Xmas on deCastro St
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Some 22 vendors looked past the devastating effects of Hurricane Irma and turned up to help ring in the spirit of Christmas on the opening night of the 2017 Christmas on deCastro Street, now in its 19th year and previously known as Christmas on Main Street before relocating to its present space.
