Gov’t can save lots of $$ through proposed GIS strategy – Carnel Smith
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Chief Environmental Health Officer in the Environmental Health Division of the Virgin Islands, Mr Carnel Smith has highlighted ways in which the government of the Virgin Islands (VI) can save “tons of money” if they can better organize and coordinate the operations of the GIS systems of sharing inter-departmentally.
