Acting Governor R. Dancia Penn orders Frank Joseph deported
Frank Joseph, who was deemed not to belong to the territory, was ordered deported by the Acting Governor, according to Statutory Instrument 2026 NO. 40, made on August 6, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette on August 7, 2026.
According to the Deportation Order, it has come to the knowledge of the Acting Governor, that Frank Joseph "has been convicted of the offence of indecent assault on a woman, contrary to section 138(1)(a) of the Criminal Code, Revised Edition 2013, and in accordance with section 40(1)(c) of the Immigration and Passport Act, Revised Edition 2013, is a person whose presence in the Territory would, in the opinion of the Governor, acting after consultation with the Chief Immigration Officer, be undesirable and not conducive to the public good".
The Instrument did not disclose the nationality or age of Mr Frank Joseph.

It’s a case by case. The territory has enough problems to deal with another parent’s problem.

My book "For the Sake of the Children" responds to the Government's attempt (with Dancia Penn, sister of my ex wife, in the role of Attorney General) to deport me as an undesirable person not conducive to the public good.
To the Government, and to the favoured family's chagrin, I won my case in the High Court and Appeal Court.
The introduction to me book reads:
What follows is my personal account of parental alienation. There are millions of similar cases worldwide, but mine has the distinction of being one of the worst. My story begins on an island in the Caribbean forty years ago and continues up to the present. The children are now approaching middle age, and their parents are in old age. However, the time span is relevant because the effects of parental alienation are long lasting. Moreover, now that my children are adults, what I write cannot be claimed to have ruined their childhood; their childhood has passed. It may however give them pause for thought as adults and enable them to reassess the father they have been indoctrinated to reject. My fight for the right of my children to have access to their father was fought under the most difficult circumstances. Other than to attend court hearings, I was for the most part forbidden to set foot on the island that was their home, and which had previously been my home. By fighting for a basic human right, I was deemed an undesirable person and a menace to the public good. For a period of five years, I waged my campaign from the cabin of a small boat while sailing from island to island. In those days there were no emails or the internet. To communicate I purchased one of the very first cell phones, a device so heavy and cumbersome that it needed its own shoulder bag. I connected it to a fax machine that was powered from the boat’s twelve-volt battery. But the thermal images generated by fax machines fade over time and then disappear altogether. Pages of correspondence that could have aided me in writing this account are now nothing more than blank sheets of paper. My requests to the High Court Registry Office for transcripts of the missing links have been ignored. The term parental alienation had only just been coined when my problems began. There were no books on the subject and no guidance for those expected to advise and judge. I had no idea that throughout the world countless other parents were in the same plight. The problem was there but not understood. To relive the trauma of parental alienation by writing about it was not an easy decision to make. Most books on the subject are written from an impersonal professional point of view. My book is taken from life. To have presented my account in any other form would have defeated its objective. That being, to forewarn other parents first-hand of the minefield that they may unwittingly step into.
Now Danica Penns brother went to jail for worse that than under her watch but they couldn’t deport him. He has no where to go. His face remains disgusting up to this day.
I’m a TOLIAN woman and I’m not defending men from here who do this AWFUL ACT to their Own or other people Children.

Honestly Speaking this behavior is a NORM in other Caribbean Countries like Jamaica, St. Vincent, Guyana and Dominica to name a few.

At least if they don’t get death by the Government, they often times get it by Other Inmates which is GREAT.
