Replacing Reality with Fantasy and Democracy with Dictatorship: We are all different and yet we are all the same because as the pinnacle of Homo sapiens we share more in common than we differ...

Having evolved to walk upright freed our hands and allowed us to become more efficient carriers and carry out our most important social function of caring and sharing – As a consequence any failure to care and share can be seen as Homo sapiens regression.

Things are not always as they appear and what I say may be seen as preposterous and impossible you have seen them come to pass even if you choose not to learn from them… This may worsen in the age of Trump where his illegal Presidency has put us all at risk and we must be careful not to revert to seeing Earth as flat, the Sun as orbiting Earth and Lucifer as Satan and God’s fallen Angel.

None of these are true and real facts would show that only Dictatorships suppress the Private Sector because Real Democracies would realise that it is the Private Sector that pays the Bills and destroying it would mean destroying themselves… Unfortunately, it seems Today’s Democracies have become Democratic Dictatorships with Leaders equating themselves to Managers of Fortune 500 Companies.

Promises of Bread but Gifts of Stone:

This brand of Social Retardation creates Monarchs and requires Descendants of Slaves to willingly remain at the bottom of piles and back of packs to such a degree that they will join in destroying those seeking to lift them up or move them forward…Consequently too many Children fail to see themselves as having moved beyond Slavery and Colonialism – Their daily reality is Black lives still do not matter.

If we truly know better it is essential that we deliver the knowledge and create the conditions that can finally give these Children the awareness that they are a part of the Big Picture with the same Rights to Equality and Pursuit of Happiness… This is a serious undertaking for even as Children inherit Wealth or Poverty from actions of their Ancestors they should not be deemed guilty for Sins of their Parents.

Delivering Fairness and Justice may be the general responsibility of each of us but it is the specific duty of all Social Leaders to plan and function in ways that ensure each and every Person is appreciated and cared for as important members of Society… In so doing Priorities include a Peron’s Health and ability to access Knowledge with the Opportunity to work (make a living) in order to maintain themselves.

Whenever leaders operate in contradiction to these objectives they create Social Suicide or Genocide via a cycle of radicalisation and misunderstanding that supports criminal and antisocial behaviors that only serve to populate Prisons and Graveyards… History has shown that the more our Social Values diminish the greater the numbers and percentages of Politicians, Churches, Courts, Police and Prisons.

We are only as strong as our Weakest Link & my Role is your Role:

While each offer themselves as solution they often worsen the Problems - Ironically we have seen the constant drumbeat of International Human Rights Groups boasting of their battles against Political Imprisonment without reasoning that all Social Prisoners are Political Prisoners… Maybe, instead of fighting after the damage is done we should focus on ways and means to prevent it from happening.

The God of Nature and Laws of Balance never intended nor decreed Homo Sapiens to abuse and imprison other Homo Sapiens so it’s up to us to return to that point where, instead of Man slaughtering Man, we strive to live in Harmony as bakers of Bread instead of makers of Bombs and Bullets… Unfortunately many are programmed to think this impossible and the longer we delay the greater that probability.

Societies and Communities are comprised of interdependent Chains and Roads where we each have roles to play so things I say are aimed at strengthening Chains and positioning us on relevant Roads to Recovery… This has never been easy for there are those anxious to attack and block us in their desire to fulfill their own devious ambitions; still we must press on at changing bad to good and wrong to right.

We are all in this together and in order to meet the major goal of ensuring a Person’s right to make a living to cover their moral and social obligations we must recognise VIslanders unique circumstances – Once we owned the Land and means of Production but as we continue to lose our Lands we also find our own survival directly impacted by the need for foreign Labour which is impacted by Work Permits.

Bleeding the Poor to Fatten the Rich:

For us to subscribe to the concept that BV-Islanders are immune from Work Permit pressures could be a fatal mistake… In fact with Governments being totally dependent on Private Sector for all their Funds through Taxes, Fees, Fines, Royalties and Penalties the fact that they are also completely in charge of issuing Work Permits has given them a powerful Weapon for selective abuse against VIslanders.

Please bear in mind that whenever Parasites become greater than their Host they both perish – We watch as built in Governmental Discrepancies seem designed to destroy the Private Sector so, as Public Service grows numerically they shrink functionally and developed a Money Addiction where too much is still not enough and their fixation is to fatten their own Salaries, Allowances and Benefits.

The New Work Permit Fee Restructuring is designed to meet these objectives and is a classic case of Taxation without Representation… Ironically, everyone know this is true but with Government as the Major Employer and every Employee hoping to get their drop of Blood from the slaughter it is difficult for them to openly acknowledge or admit that once you kill the Cow there will be no more fresh milk.

Instead of helping they become Activists or Accomplices in the destruction of their Country and People – Meanwhile even Local Employers and Businesses fail to realise the strain is again squarely placed on the Private Sector and the New Application Fee is a calculated way of placing a direct charge on Employers whether or not they eventually pass this on to their Clients, Customers or Employees.

Do Leaders really win my making their People lose?

Clearly these Actions were never intended to assist the Hard Working People of the VI – This was all about themselves and they consider us too dumb to realise that Minimum Wage was only increased as an excuse to allow Maximum Salaries to be jacked up and by increasing their own Salaries they were also increasing their Pensions… These New Work Permit Fees should be rescinded and corrected.

Then again, why should they listen to us if they believe they are right and we are as dumb they think – If they have already fixed minds only yours is lagging so I will list the Annual Financial Income and Mandated Obligations of the Minimum Wage Earner and you can the Leaders Salaries, Allowances, Exemptions and Perks – Perhaps this would make it easier to see through all the Smoke and Mirrors...

Minimum Wage Recipients of Wages/Salary of $11,520 per annum face vs.: Application Fee = $50  - VISA = $175  - Work Permit = $345  -  Permit Card = $75  -  Social Security = $460  - NHI = $432  -  and Inland Revenue = $121… This leaves them with $9,862 per annum or $822 per month to cover Food, Rent, Utilities, Recreation, Transportation, Co-Pays and Contingencies or Emergencies…

Now ask yourself whether what is being done can be considered Fair and Reasonable or should be halted before doing irreparable damage.

A friend of mine went into Labor Department for a temporary work permit for the Festival Village for two persons and they told her she have to full out the application form online. First of all the lady operates a bar and does not even own a computer, secondly, the woman does not even have an email address or a Facebook account, thirdly, she does not even have a house phone or internet at home. Tell me how government expect people like them to full out applications on-line? Now she has to pay $50.00 for submitting the application and when it is approve another set of money. This Government is down right embarrassing this is utter rubbish.
