DUFF’S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI- Arguing that the Virgin Islands is currently under a dictatorship, as in his opinion it is being run by the governor, veteran legislator and Fourth District Representative Hon Mark H. Vanterpool described the Cabinet Ministers as “puppets” but later withdrew the comment.
