This is share ignorance on the part of that car driver and I will hope that the police will prefer all the necessary charges. This is the kind of ignorance that some members of our society will support. From the time that police siren sounded, the driver have a duty to stop that car but no he is about the law so he engaged the police in a high speed chase while reversing for miles. This kind of behavior should never be condoned and people like them needs to be thought a serious lesson.

Well, Well. More news again with the police. I am not one who would criticize the police for doing their work. As a matter of fact I am in full support for the police because when they do their work I feel safe in the community. However, some people feel that the police must not discipline some people because they are local boys. My opinion is different because everyone should be law abiding and set good examples. It is the same law for locals and expatriates. We are sending a bad signal if we want the police to overlook the locals when they contravene the law. If so we will reap whatever we sow.

A few weeks ago there was an incident when the police used taser to restrain the suspect and there was an public out cry about the incident. Here we have another incident with the police and I want to hear what Claud Skelton Cline would say on Honestly Speaking. I want to suggest that the Police Force do an outreach program in all the districts and educate the youths of their responsibilities as citizens to maintain law and order.

U think they don't know better? Of course they do.
They just like to defy law and order. They don't like rules plus many of them feel they are big and bad. Not to mention those who feel entitled.
Indiscipline is the albatross around our necks.
Look at the progress of disciplined societies such as Finland and Singapore.

Dude knows how to handle the road. Honestly, it look like they were filming a chase scene for a TV show. When have you seen a car blazing down the street in reverse with the police in pursuit in the BVI.

Pretty impressive driving skills and in REVERSE. How fast can you really go in reverse? That's hilarious!!! Regular tv stuff there. The people complaining must be these kids and their noisy unregistered scooters. Yeah. The ones that just can't stand Tortola to have nice roads and feel they have to mark them up. Stupid. And I guess since one died in an unfortunate police situation its now an acceptable practice since it's a sensitive subject. How does this legendary Supa Cop feel about all that? Does he ignore it all too?

Unless you are trying to talk about the issue so that more people can be more open to speaking on it stop playing mind games with the residents in this territory. Too many are falling into the trap.
