NORMAN ISLAND, VI – After fire of unknown origin destroyed the much favoured Pirates’ Bight Restaurant and Bar on Norman Island, Virgin Islands, on October 1, 2013, the owner Mr Henry Jarecki had an initial facility up and running again six weeks later with a $1.5 million investment.
