UPDATE: Docs. may not always agree with contract negotiations - Hon Skelton

Skelton on the recent resignation of a key Internal Medicine medical practitioner Dr. Anthony Abrahim, who allegedly worked at Peebles Hospital for 8 months without his contract being renewed.
