ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – When the case was called in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday September 15, 2014, Police Officer (PO) Joseph ‘Quincy’ Phillips pleaded not guilty to allegations that he had bitten a male who was a minor at the time.
Second District residents want more police presence at beaches
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Certain residents of the Second District have called for more police presence at the beaches on the days when cruise ships are in to curb robberies on tourists and have also asked that police address the issue of speeding taxis especially in the school zones.
