Scores walked RT in disability awareness march

Miss World BVI Kirtis Kassandra Malone Continues to Support Autism Awareness in the VI
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Miss World BVI Kirtis Kassandra Malone continued to exude “Beauty with a Purpose” as she once again stood in support of autism awareness in the BVI Community. Miss Malone was front and center at the Autism Programme Summer Camp Closing Ceremony, which marked the culmination of the Autism Centre’s first summer programme. The summer programme was structured to provide a creative outlet for those in our community living with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Miss World BVI sashed & crowned at official ceremony
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Miss World BVI representative, Kirtis Kassandra Malone, 21, was officially sashed and crowned at a simple cocktail ceremony held at the LIME BVI flagship store before a small crowd last evening, July 24, 2013.
More than 25 persons seen in initial Autism assessments- Programme Director
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Programme Director at the Autism Centre, Ms Lorna Dawson, revealed that the Centre has seen more than 25 children to date; she expressed however, that not all of them would be diagnosed with Autism.
