47th BVI Spring Regatta set to welcome some 60 yachts
NANNY CAY, VI- The organisers and supporters of the BVI Spring Regatta & Sailing Festival hosted by Nanny Cay have always stood firm and optimistic that the 47th edition of this much-loved regatta would take place over Easter as planned, and so it will.
Sailors from 10 nations compete in Regatta
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - A total of 81 sailors competed in the Advanced Red, Blue and White Fleets and beginner Green Fleet at the 22nd International Optimist Regatta last weekend, hosted by the St Thomas Yacht Club and won overall by Rayne Duff.
Sol helps sailors keep it green and clean at 31st Moorings Interline Regatta
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - For the second year running, Sol integrated an environmental element to its support of the annual Moorings Interline Regatta which took place in the BVI from October 11 – 16. Sol sponsored a Green Marine Award, challenging participants to ‘Drink Responsibly’ and to collect their empty glass bottles for recycling.
