VI to face likely Subtropical cyclone threat in coming week
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Virgin Islands (VI) in the coming week, may likely be threatened by a tropical or subtropical cyclone.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Department of Disaster Management (DDM) is advising that there could be squalls over the Virgin Islands this weekend as a result of the Disturbance 2 developing some distance from these shores and Information and Education Manager at the DDM Philomena N. Robertson said persons should prepare for this.
UPDATE: Tropical Storm Rafael in the Eastern Caribbean
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Antigua Met Service has issued a Tropical Storm Warning for the Virgin Islands as Disturbance 58 has been upgraded to Tropical Storm Rafael in the Eastern Caribbean Sea.
