UN expresses concern @ possibility of colonial style UK direct rule in VI
NEW YORK, NY, USA – With the Order in Council on hold to suspend the [British] Virgin Islands Constitution still active, the United Nations (UN) has expressed deep concern about the continuing possibility of United Kingdom's direct rule over the [British] Virgin Islands in its Resolution on the Question of the British Virgin Islands adopted at the 78th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
