Puerto Rican & Ugandan held @ TB Lettsome Airport with large amounts of $$
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Two men – one from Puerto Rico and one from Uganda – were held one day apart at the Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport on Beef Island with a quantity of undeclared cash.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Puerto Rican national Ramon Santiago, 28, was sentenced to six months imprisonment on a charge of illegal entry when he appeared before Senior Magistrate Tamia Richards yesterday, December 14, 2012.
