Night Court staff was overpaid; one officer yet to refund Treasury- SFC report
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – In the wake of justifying the closure of the Virgin Islands Night Court sessions a number of alleged misdemeanors and injustices were highlighted, one being the over payment of staff which, according to the Standing Financial Committee’s (SFC) 2012 report, shows one officer not refunding the government’s Treasury to-date.
