BALSUM GHUT, Tortola, VI – As families, relatives, friends and otherwise concerned persons gathered for the graduation ceremony of a group of inmates at Her Majesty’s Prison (HMP) rehabilitation programmes, they heard that there are many not in prison but have the same problems like the inmates.
Juvenile Centre to rehabilitate youths!
HOPE HILL, Tortola, VI - Expressing his concern with the lack of a rehabilitation programme for young people who fell prey to crime and becoming repeat offenders, 8th district candidate Bevis Sylvester believes there is need for a juvenile centre in the Virgin Islands.
