NDP shows hostility to Digicel & Biwater
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- In a hurriedly worded statement that seems to have been written locally, and contained poor sentence and grammar structure, the National Democratic Party (NDP) has issued a response to the Chairman of the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) Honourable Julian Fraser RA (R3) who recently expressed concern about the private investment at the Ports Development Project.
Economy is insecure!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The hosts of the radio programme Umoja, aired November 17, 2011, believes that the economy is in an insecure position since a large portion of the businesses in the tourism and financial sectors are owned by foreign investors and noted that Government needs to strategise to relieve the economy from being in such a precarious position.
