‘NDP failed to deliver after 3 long years’ – Hon Julian Fraser RA
SEA COW’S BAY, Tortola, VI – Chairman of the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) Honourable Julian Fraser RA (R3) said that after three long years of the National Democratic Party (NDP) in office, “we continue to see an administration that has failed to deliver on its campaign promises, while at the same time continuing to blame the past government for its failures, even though the facts are different.”

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Leader of the Opposition Ralph T. O’Neal has questioned the recent public report by Premier Dr. D. Orlando Smith in which he painted the Territory’s financial status as “grim” and argued that if it was indeed so why were certain major contracts signed.
Not all OTs required to send budget to UK – Dr. Smith
CARROT BAY, Tortola, VI – Following disclosures made by Premier Hon. Ralph T. O’Neal and 1st District Representative Andrew Fahie that the Virgin Islands (VI) is not the only Overseas Territory requested to send its budget to be pre-approved by the United Kingdom, the main Opposition National Democratic Party (NDP) is refuting that statement, saying that not all OTs are required to send their budgets for review.
