‘Don’t expect a lot of money @ first’ – Hon Walwyn tells TVET Graduands
PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI - Nineteen (19) students yesterday June 24, 2015 graduated from a programme in Technical and Vocational training in various fields through the Ministry of Education and Culture and the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC), readying themselves for the next stage of their young careers.
